The idea behind CST
Citizen Service Tracking grew out of the everyday need for a single, accountable record of the services UNO offices deliver to citizens. Conceived from direct field experience, it brings beneficiary registration, service requests, budget and audit together, so every service can be followed from request to delivery in one trustworthy record.
